think most electric items are damaged by flood.

Shame, would have been nice to have & get it remapped (instead of having to remove the one from the car & having to use the bus).
I bet ECUs don't come up for grabs that often

The bumpers would be worth having for someone wanting to do a DIY smooth job

I really wouldnt bother with this DIY smoothing, bumpers that are done with bodge WILL sink, and WILL crack one day. Just makes the car look totally s**t if you can tell even slightly.
Its only about 300quid to have them done you tight wads.

Woah, just realised this car is in my home town.

By the way, is your car W reg, coz i saw a red GTi in Boots car park (on the marina), just before christmas. Was this you

Mines on a 51-plate, and as far as I'm aware it's never been to Hartlepool Marina

Spend most of my time up here in Newcastle at Uni.
