ALL TYPES VW SHOW
All Types VW website
All Types VW is held on the 20th and 21st of May this year at Bodelwyddan Castle, nr. Rhyl in North Wales. It is organised by the same team that put Ultimate Dubs 2006 together! Would there be any interest in a UK-POLOS club display?
I was there last year with dubpolo, we met up with some of the guys and gals from Club Polo - everyone stayed the Saturday night on the campsite apart from me, I went on the Sunday only
Its a really laid back show, lots of stuff going on, and although it really centres around the old skool air-cooled VWs like the campers there is still plenty of newer water-cooled cars and clubs on display! The weather is usually pretty good for this late May weekend, last year was a little chilly but when the sun was out and it wasn't too breezy it was fine, I got a fair bit crispy sat in the sun that day!
Camping arrangements are pretty good by all accounts, full facilities on site and its free for us show-goers, you can pitch up any time from noon onwards on the Saturday.
Entry to the show by means of advanced booking costs £10 for the weekend, on the day is £12 and Sunday only is £6.
If we are going to put something together for this show, the deadline is late April for an application and to book the tickets. Oh yeah, and there is a prize for the best club display!
If there is enough interest, I would have no problems organising this, being there on both days and will see that the tickets get to everyone before the show weekend!
So... what do you think?
