Dettaching GTi rear spoiler and headlight rubber cover...

Chaps, I've now experienced how badly VW dealers can be, I've taken my motor back to the original dealer to have a few bits seen to. The spoiler is coming off at the edges and needs to be stuck back on and the rubber casing behind one of the headlights is cut with a couple of holes.

What I want to know, seen as they did such a bodged job (looks like black chewing gum stuck to my spoiler) and you have to do things yourself to do it properly, has anyone taken off a rear spoiler before, is it easy? just the two screws inside the rear door? and does anyone know where I can get some glue/sticky pads that works on car bodies and panels but doesn't wreck the paint? My spoiler has the rear stop light encased in it, does that present a problem?

Also, the reason I ask about the rubber casing is that there is a lot of condensation in that light and I am thinking it is being caused because of the holes, now I told this to the dealer and they said that they have tried everything to replicate the condensation but cannot and so they are not willing to change the headlight especially (get this...) it all comes in one part...surely this cannot be right, all it is the rubber part at the back! So how do people change the light bulbs? (not the Xenon one but the side lights etc?) surely they wouldn't go out and buy a whole headlight unit? Is this true and if not how can I take the rubber bit off...is this advisable as the Xenon gas discharge unit may be damaged, I know Josh may be able to help! HELP!

Cheers chaps, feel a lot better now, can have my lunch in peace...
