My 9n's handbrake has been really high ever since I got it and today I needed to rely on it to keep me stopped on a steep hill and it just wasnt practicle having the handbrake so high. So after a month of ownership (impressed so far) I've decided to adjust the handbrake. Only problem is... I cant see anywhere to adjust it. Anyone got a how to or any tips/drawings maybe? shame there isnt a haynes for the car, it'd help me out a treat.

thanks in advance

AFAIK you need to pull up the handbrake surround (the tray like thing with the cup holders, just clips off), which gives access to the adjustor bolts and bracket at the back of the lever.

you ca adjust the rear drums aswel i think! im not too clued up on that sorta thing, but thats what my dad did for me when he fitted my suspension.

the other option as mentioned is the cover off and turning the bolts on the cable with a spanner
