I'd like to change the door handles of my mk3 to the ones without the door lock? what are they? Do I have any other options?
Sma with the side mirrors - any options?

Welcome to the forum Hogan
the de-locked handles are done by using rear handles from a 5 door mk2 golf, and this guide tells you exactly how to do it

as for the mirrors, not really a massive choice...M3 and DTM mirrors are widely "not liked" around the polo scene so people tend to find their own original sets.

or you could smooth it and not have a handle at all, and on the top gutter along the side of the car (mk2 polos have it not sure abotu mk3) or on the mirror moulding you could have a switch connected to a actuator that openes the door, good for security and looks GOOOODD, would be better if its a show car...

you can get central locking kits frmo ebay for £10, i think there is a guide in the diy section and also you need to fit central locking before you fit an alarm!...for a basic alarm and central locking would set you back £90 plus fitting which isnt that bad if you are going to keep the car for a while

where do ya mean? where it goes from the door card into the dash? i could have done it neater by taking the door off and drilling holes and putting it all through neatly but then it's barely noticable as it is now plus i'm lazy

Yeah as he's just said, it's just a case of drilling holes. You don't need to take the doors off though. My wires are hidden in flexible plastic tubes, looks stock.
