6N - Removing front indicators

After noticing my front indicator was cracked i bought some more Hella clear ones. these are a real easy, cheap mod to do that really improves the front end of the car. And all you need is a 7mm socket!
1. Open the bonnet and look next to the wing. there will be a small bolt you need to undo (7mm socket)
2. Then place one hand in front of the unit, one hand behind it (in the engine bay) and push it outwards. It may be a little stiff so dont be afraid to give it a good push! When it comes out you need to unclip the wiring loom (dead easy - just push the spring clips together)
3. Now when you put new lights in these prongs
Should match with these holes
4. Then give it a good push back in an tighten up the nut (not too tight or you will crack the plastic!)
Heres the finshed result!
Total Cost - £30
Tools needed - 7mm Socket and a pair of hands
Guru level - Even a VW dealer could do it without cocking it up!
