what are the cheapest ways of tuning the 1.0 litre mk3 polo? it is my first car so cant do anything too crazy.
What kind of gains can you get

welcome to the forum matey!!

too be honest ur not gonna get much gain in bhp from a 1.0l mate, believe me i've been there!!

but there are a few things that u can do to make it sound more meaty and maybe go a little faster!!

firstly u could get an induction kit! iirc correctly, my bro (SpikeyG40 on here) had to create his own kit using various bits from other VAG cars! if u wanted to PM him, i'm sure he'll give u some advice!

secondly u could get an exhaust! my bro got one custom built from a guy on this site called Hardhitter. he has his own section near the bottom of the main page! that exhaust was cool, could hear it from way away!!

i might be getting a backbox off a mate its from a corsa but it should go on?i think lol,is the 1.0litre coupe fuel injected or carb because im unsure

my bro informs me that the 1l polo is single point injection matey! not sure about the backbox tho!
