spark plugs??

My car is due a service, can anyone advise me on a good spark plug?
As when it gets serviced they will supply there own new plugs, which no doubt will be run of the mill plugs! many thanks lads

I've only ever seen people recommend the standard plugs.

Standard VW plugs on the GTi every time mate.
I ran some NGK Iridium plugs cos I thought they sounded cool, but they made the car run crap, so I bought some OEM ones and it ran loads better.

So, what is the Standard VW plugs ?? Is it bosch??
