Nice job! Did a set myself a few months ago and found it really satisfying. Are the centres powder coated or painted?

Great job, I'll be doing my own soon once I can find somewhere that will do the powdercoating.

It's probably the effects of salt on the roads. Keep polishing! A light coat of WD40 or light oil will help to protect the outer rim when the weather is bad.

Looking good - well done! Just as a guide, how long do you rekon it would take me to refurb just the outer rims of all 4 alloys? My centres are ok but a couple of the outers are really bad and i fancy giving it a go.

Do you mean the quarter-light? As all five door 6N2's have them :?

Id say i spent around an average of 2hours per rim. Its hard work though,id say i should have took a little longer on each rim. And all that rubbing down with the wet and dry did cause a few blisters
