hi guys,

what are the symptoms of the release bearing in the gearbox going?

my gearchange is still crap, checked linkages, i toped up the gearbox fluid a couple of weeks ago, and the journey after that was amazing, the greachanges were so smooth and perfect - that was a 100 mile trip, and then the next time i went to drive it it was back to its ususal self, its so fustrating because i know the gearbox can be alright as it proved on that journey.

any ideas guys?

is your clutch ok?

my gearchanges were poo then i realised the clutch was absolutley f****d
so i got a sachs sports clutch and its a beauty

had a new clutch fitted last year,
