Has anyone any idea how to remove the door cards to allow access to the speakers as i plan to upgrade my speakers as i was thinking for going for bose. after getting in my car today and finding the rear speaker has gone i think now may be the right time

Audi Quoted £65.50 + VAT each for front speakers and £125 + VAT each for rear speakers.... although the speakers in a tt are the same size in the front and the back in the coupe version

are there any DIY guides avaliable or are there any other ways of removing the speaker grill instead of the complete door card

Thanks in advance

How come the rears are so much more than the fronts?

The Fronts are wide range speakers and the rear are woofers... i can see this been a difficult mod, they use a 4 channel amp also, so i need to try and get that put somewhere. also the wires and connections are totally different , and been rubbish at things like this it may take a lot of help and a long time

I'm going to replace the fronts and run them off an amp but leave the rears stock.

Twinned with one of these and one of these it should be pretty good

mmmm mmm 1200W RMS at 1ohm mmmmmmmmmmm

I really want to f**k about with my stereo but I'm making myself finish the outside before I move inside.

However, how do you get the rear cards off? I want to stick some speakers in there and get a standard parcel shelf back in
