how do i go about contacting VW UK or someone who would know. Basically, im after the suspension bushes that are noisy. Apparently you can buy the replacement kit from previous posts, spoke to my dealers, and they just trying to sell me a new track control arm, which has it already fitted.

They say they aint available to buy seperately, and they dont know anything about this kit. Ive got the VW UK postal address, but has any1 got an email addy or something? If anyone has the p/n of the replacement bushes that would be even better.

Have you tried calling another VW part dept at a different dealership?

Had a look on ETKA...the bushes aren't listed seperately. You may be better looking for a set of aftermarket bushes if you don't want to replace the lot!

Could be a Votex part or repair kit, maybe why not listed?

Thanks for the replys. yeah ETKA doesnt show the bush. Apparently there is a big bush too, at the back which my garage can obtain. But its not visible from the ETKA diagram.

Powerflex bushes are £76, for both sides, front and back and ARB ones, but its quite expensive, and id need the labour cost on both sides.
