Is this difficult to do or do they just pull off? Will I be left with marks or should it be ok? Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated!

just heat the up with a hair dryer and they come straight off. use a credit card or something simular to get all the glue off. then give it a good clean.
shouldnt leave a mark, depending on the car the paint might be a bit brighter under the strip

when i did it i found that using white spirit was pritty affective to get all the glue s**t off, and then after that u just have to use wax and stuff to get the mark that it leaves off.
But their is probably a better way of doing i just have not found out yet!! Before u try doing it that way i'd probably get some more advice because their is likely to be a better way.

Chris,
There are people that have taken the strips off and replaced them with MK5 strips.

mine just pulled off then i used petrol and a cloth to get the remaining glue off, took an hour or two to do both sides. Finish underneath was absolutely perfect

Got one side done, took about an hour with a credit card, hairdryer, loada white spirit and a quick wash down afterwards!
Cheers guys! It looks better already!
