what sort of power increase i am looking at with a BMC induction kit and a full powerflow exhaust system with a sport cat and down pipe?

is the with both exhaust and induction kit?

i thought it would be around about 10 -15 bhp or more

yup, I wouldnt expect that kind of increast from an bmc, exuast and sports cat, Although i could be weong, it wouldnt be the first time. Speak to "forbesgti" or "richard harper" and see what they have done, there both running around the 140bhp mark. Theres also a post in the powerchain section recently along the same lines.
