Wheel Refurb

Does anyone know of any good wheel refurb companies in south west scotland? i have the same problems as everyone elses bbs split rims. 
if you go on edition 38 forums and look out for a guy called the polisher he's in glasgow if i remember right... well recommended if you search back for posts about his work
