Just wondering, what is everyone's opinion between a pipercross and k&n standard panel air filter replacement? Which is better?

Not exactly the answer he was looking for.

Yeah the BMC is another option. i wouldn't say there is much of a difference. I've had a K&N and Pipercross in the past and both were roughly the same and should improve airflow slightly. 8)

there is a massive difference between a k and n and a BMC, i feel you would be better off saving your money and getting a BMC, they are so much better i cannot recommend them enough when compared to a k and n which i had before

Depends on whether you mean a CDA or a panel filter. He's talking about panel filters remember.

yes i know but i feel that a panel filter is a waste of money in comparison with a CDA, they make such a big difference on the polo i would really advise you to get one mate

Well you could have a BMC panel filter, but not a BMC CDA and a panel filter.

A BMC CDA is an induction kit which does away with the standard airbox and panel filter contained it.
