Just bought a 2003 1.2 e and came across this site while trying to find various bits of info. Great site, loads of good info lads. Wondered if you experts could give me a little guidance. Just wanted to know would my Polo look ok on 16" rims if it wasnt lowered.

Some 9n's have 16" wheels as standard (GT) and aren't lowered (technically they are, but only slightly (15mm?) due to the "sports" suspension) many 16" wheels are available as accessories for the polo.
So in short...
Yes, it'll be fine.

yeh they look ok with 16's not lowered but do look much better with it lowered.
if you look in the thread "votex kit just fitted" thats my car. it has 16's and it aint lowered yet.... just to give you an idea
