removing the backseats

right. i want to remove the backseats out of my polo, ive taken out the nuts that are holding it in but there are some braces holding it in place neer the doors. anybody got any ideas how to do this?

its ok, ive doen it now. no more back seats for me

personally i think it looks better, also makes your car lighter and therefore a faster polo

ive also done this to mine but just so i can put me bike in the back when im goin places, i really dont think the weight diff is that noticable, but the back end is more skittish, only really worth if you're goin the whole hog and doin the seats and dash etc.

Im not doing ne space or weight saving im just swapping the for 16v ones, done the front but cant do the back ( not that iv tried for longer than 1 minute)

might be worth trying a front strut brace first if you haven't already, help cure the old understeer a bit?
