I just went on Elephant.co.uk to get a quote on a 2006 (06 plate) R32, I put my details in so it made me a year older than I am meaning that I had 2 years ncb and been driving 3 years.
Put my mum on as a named driver, and.......
Your Price is £1740.09 with £250 voluntary excess and on a 10month bonus policy
or Your Price is £1942.45 for a 12 month policy.
All I need to do now is start saving ready for next year

Nope, that will be staying

I love it to much to get rid of it.
@Chris, If I get one mate you're more than welcome to have a passenger ride, don't know about driving it
I think the only mods it would need are a set of new wheels, maybe something from BBS.

The Admiral/Elephant group are best i've found for young drivers on decent cars.
I insure my Cooper S through them and had my MkV GTI insured with them also, and I am 19 with 2 years no claims.

Are you a millionaire on the sly Tom?

I've got enough for what I want mate
Being single and living at home is the best combination.
Elephant are probably the best yeah for young drivers with highish insurance groups

That's suprising mate, it may even be because you're in London or something?
Bloody insurance companies.
They're the only ones I could get a quote from (I tried Confused.com and the cheapest was about £2500) so had to use them.
I've already decided that if I get one, I want some BBS HC's
