Just wondering if one was available - either VW or aftermarket?
Would make the front-end look much better IMO.

Same suggestions as DJ
Not that I don't think it's a good idea but think about the lower grilles there all straight lines and you definitely can't get honeycomb grilles for them.

Thanks for the suggestions. Was just asking about the top grille really; think the bottom ones look fine as they are...

Theres one on the awesome gti website, doesn't look too bad.
Bit pricey tho.

Quite like the Hofele one but can't help thinking it makes the car look a bit anonymous without the VW badge? Not too bad at £99 - was expecting in the £80-£90 region, and Awesome do tend to be on the pricey side for stuff like that.
The ABT one looks the best for me, but not a chance I'd pay £140 for a grille!

German eBay may be worth interogating me thinks
Cheers,

FK do a grille identical to the Hofele Design one, except it doesn't feature the logo badge. But when you see the price difference its quite like £50 cheaper for one without the badge

You can get the ABT one for alot cheaper, just keep your eyes peeled for them on ebay or polo forums.
In fact, I got mine from here
EDIT:
I found this one on ebay, like an ABT one but without the badge and it's carbon fibre looking
