quick question!

hi there peeps quick question as it says above ive recently fitted some gti seats 2 my polo and i was wondering why it has the number 1 on them? please could you tell me what it stands for.

Nobody knows its been the subject of debate on here many a time. Phone there customer service number and ask them lol

i was jus wondering becoz it just seems abit wierd to have the number 1 on the seats.

it'll just be trying to reflect the sporty element, number 1, pole position, winner of race etc

tbh i thought it was cause vw had a a do with mobil as it is the "Mobil 1" sign in the seat!! oh there with castrol now so ...
