Mine sticks out a bit too, I try not to notice thing like this - It only annoys me....

Like stone chips on the bonnet - every time I look there is more

I'm depressed about all my stone chips, they stick out like a sore thumb. And I got them on the doors too

I've got several stone chips but can't figure out how - haven't been following anything too closely or driving around on freshly re-surfaced roads so its all a mystery! Found several more chips on the bonnet after washing today

Incidentally, my headlights and indicators all sit flush

Well unfortunately I can't really help mate, I've never had mine apart

Get a mallet

The solution to getting rid of the condensation in the headlight unit is to place a small bag of silicone in the headlight housing itself (like the small bags you get with a new pair of shoes). This will draw any moisture out of the headlight unit. You would probably just need to leave it in place for a couple of days and then remove it.

Obviously to do this you need to remove the bumper etc, etc, etc so it is probably more hassle than it is worth !!

Probably the bumper as you'd gain full access to it
