Please help me repair my mk3

After an unfortunate incident involving my g40 arch kit and a metal rod the passenger side front and back arches needs to be replaced.
I have to face the fact that its unlikely I will get them for ace cafe on the 29th but I really want my car to be done for the polo show.
If you have any heart at all please help
