Does anyone know the whereabouts of my old G40, just want to know if it went to a good home and the general outcome, many thanks

acording to the RAC vehicle data check page, the last change of ownership was on the 12th March 2006!
so it is still in ownership and hasn't been scrapped so thats one good thing!
maybe someone else mite be able to tell u where it is or even who has it!!

yes, the car was involved in a accident in august 2004.

Bit of a thread ressurection but I've only just found this 'site!
J340 YWX is alive and well but a little different to when the OP owned her.
Now I'll probably get flamed for doing this to an original G40 but when I aquired her back in 2008, she was not a happy car.
The shell was a bit tired (I'm interested to know what accident damage she suffered because she seems straight enough) and quite rotten so after running her and patching her up for a few years, I've decided to use her to re-shell my old GT road rally car.
She currently runs a tuned ABD/GT motor, has had a lot of suspension work, custom wiring (direct fed relayed lighting, electric passenger window etc...) and just had a custom rollcage welded in.
Excuse the rough progress pictures, I'll post some more when the current work is finished.
I used her earlier in the year and managed to get a top 10 finish which I was quite happy with and I'll be out in her again on Nov8th/9th.
