lols, if i still had the squariant i'd be willing to try and top that

can fault them for trying though, but attempting to drift in a FWD car when not taking part in a rally = silly

yep definately just a good ol' pull on the handbrake, as the power drops just round the corner and he has to floor it!!

i could do it in my old 1 litre polo! it was awesome in the snow aswell!! haven't tried in the ibiza yet.

thinking about it, the old girl always was a bit tail happy... only ever saw understeer when i did it on purpose (full throttle + dump the clutch in 2nd whilst going round a wet corner known to be greasy..) but unintentionally lost it a coupla three times when the back kicked out and had some nicely controlled 4-wheel drifts from time to time. Could never make it happen on demand, though, just had to take it as it came.

speed was just a leeeeetle higher than the 20-odd mph they were doing in the vid, though!
