Remote central locking not working...

I went to the car earlier, and the hazards flashed, but the doors didn't open!
Having de-locked handles didn't help at this point, which caused me to climb through the boot lol. But what would cause this? Do i need to disconnect my battery for 10 minutes or so then see if it resets its self?
Thanks, Chris

Well if it does, and you have de-locked handles, dont get rid of that boot handle...its your friend in times like that
Anyways, i left it and the next morning it decided to fix itself so its all ok now

I sometimes get this and it's odd, however what I tend to to is put the key in the boot lock, unlock it but don't open any doors, lock it back up and then use the remote...normally does the trick for me...

No mate, like you have experienced, just unlocking the boot will still leave the alarm enabled, I just unlocked and locked it without opening and then used the remote after doing this...this would then normally unlock the car with the remote and switch off the alarm...

Good little trick there, i'll have to remember it!
Yeah usually when you open any doors or boot on the car the alarm tends to go off, thats why I always press the unlock fob again to be certain
