Smoothing bumpers

has anybody smoothed the bumpers on there 9n if yes have they got any pictures?

by smoothing i mean removing the bumpstrips and smoothing the gap into the bumper!

i havent myself, but i plan to on my next project with a 3dr 9n, and i have few pics of a few 9ns with no bump strips that have been smoothed. pm me with ur email, and ill send u some pics if u like :)
