UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

My 9N has ESP and normally the light only flashes when the system is working ie hard cornering etc. Today the light came on and stayed on. When restarting the car the light goes off and after a few mins of driving comes back on again! Has anyone with ESP experienced this before? I know the car manuel says that if the light is on it's a fault. Just checking because it looks like an expensive trip to the VW dealers!

I already had this problem. I went to my dealer and they replaced an electric cable which was cut. I don't know which one, but after no more problem !
