Ever since i bought my polo i have had a feeling that my clutch was sitting way too high but i thought this might have been the way it was supposed to be.

Anyway, recently when i had the car in for a service they pointed out the there may be a prob with the pedal box, which i think is a bit strange since they just carried out the recall literally a month and a half before i bought the car back in may!

How will i stand if i need to have more work done on the pedal box? Will the work be under any kind of warranty?

I would expect that there would be a warranty on the work carried out, you might have to take it back to the dealer that carried out the work and see where you stand...but certainly do that before anything else...
