what a crappy day!!!

most of you will now know that after my origianl thread:

i chose to get me some Keskin KT1 in a 17 size!! and 8.5 wide!! lovely wheels and looked smooth on the car at E38!! but being so wide the caught the arches alot!! and this was even after my front suspension was put up 20mm!!
so i took them wheels off and asked to be sent a set of 16s in the same design!! this time 7.5 wide! and i had to sell the 17s as they couldn't be returned!!
the 16s arrived and we went to fit them and they caught on the brake caliper carriers!!
ok so spacers needed which were sent out for free!
2day was the first day that me and doug were off together to do the work, and in week and a half, i'd also got a a new headunit and some new pressed plates and holders
so we looked at the wheels with the 5mm spacers and decided that the wheel bolts supplied would not go in2 the hub enough to be safe. so we went to halfrauds and got some 3mm spacers!
so on with the wheels!!!!!! well........actually......no. 3mm spacers were too small so we tried the 5mm spacers and these were also too small!!
so the wheels acn't go on coz 10mm spacers will require new wheels bolts ll round and push the wheesl to the arch which is why i got rid of the 17s!!
so i've given up on the Keskins altogther!! add to thsi the fact that the headunit doesn't fit properly and the fact i haven't even got round to doing the plates its not been a good day!!
one good thing is that we decked the front again to about 70mm!!!!
