I want to diy refurb my spa alloys for winter wheels, quite fancy matt black finish.

i was wondering what I would all need with regards to primer/paint/laquer/sand papers/filler etc and what brands are good and hard wearing?

Indeed it is a great post. Just make sure you leave plenty of time to do them becuase it's a fairly time consuming process - especially the sanding part. But the results are excellent!
