Pics of refurbed RXII's (new pics added)

Right winter project has started.
Winter alloys are on (although need to raise front of my car a bit due to scrubbing) and tyres are stripped off my BBS RXII's.
So now its time to split the alloys. Well i've been trying and cant budge any of the bolts. The multi spline torq bit just keeps slipping out.
How have you mananged to remove the bolts to split the rims?
Please help!!!!

Had to use some brute strength to release mine. Maybe get a new torque bit if that one is slipping?

The torq bit is brand new. I knew they'd be on tight but bugger me! I'll have to keep trying over the weekend whilst i'm not busy.
Do you reckon alloy refurb places might release them all for me for a small fee?
Chris: Got home fine mate, had plenty of time to spare in end. And I've been saying i was gonna refurb my rims for over a year now so thought it was about time i cracked on. No doubt i'll have plenty of other hold ups whilst i'm doing them though, its just my luck!

Have you tried using an impact driver? I used one for the latest set I'm refurbing, and all the bolts came off fine. It's this one from Machine Mart:

If they're being difficult, don't go using brute force and long breaker bars on them. All you're likely to do is snap the heads off and you end up with the threaded section stuck in the rim. Trust me, I know from past experience.

yes i was just about to suggest an impact driver. It will do the job no problem.

That impact driver you've mentioned. Did you order it from that site or did you get it from a shop. Does it just fit straight onto the Torq bit i've got. Has a 1/2" socket.
Do you reckon a good spray of WD40 will help release the bolts. Not got a great deal of tools at hand which it seems i need.....or would help.

P.S. When you guys were putting the centres back in the middle aswell, did you use a sealant and did you tighten the bolts too 20Nm then 30Nm as it says in Bstardchilds guide, or did you just tighten them as much as possible by hand?

For the impact driver I got mine from a Machine Mart shop. It has a square 1/2" drive for sockets so it should fit.
WD40, don't think it would make that much of a difference really. And as I said before just be careful if you go using brute force!!

How does the impact driver work?
It looks just like a screw driver you attach the bits too from the pictures!
Surely there's something more to it and i'm just been stupid!

Right, you put your torq bit in the end and line the driver up with the bolt.
Then you hit the top of the impact driver with a hammer, which pushes down and rotates the torq bit. The sudden shock of the impact and the turning then loosens bolts that have been torqued up previously.
It's very simple, and that one at least comes with instructions!!

Well this morning i've managed to release all 64 bolts but my hands are now a little sore!

WD40 definately seem to help though.
Thanks for all your replies guys. I'll keep you updated on the progress. In all fairness they ain't in that bad of a condition. So it shouldn't take me long to do them. Still need to decide exactly what colour i want the centres though

You can buy Torx drivers to fit a ratchet from Halfords.
Try using just a ratchet, should be adequet but if it's not you can slide a length of metal pipe over for more leverage.

Well i've finally got everything done so just need to bolt the centres back on the rims.
Am a little unsure of the centres colour though. Was expecting them to come up a little more silver from what the guy said who painted them.
Opinions please!
I did quite like the look of the centres when they were stripped of the paint. Wish i'd had got a picture now!
