Leaking back window!!

I got in the car this morning to find there was rain all over my parcel shelf!! When I got to work, I looked at the window and water seems to be coming from 2 points. It also looks as if the window has been replaced at some point.
Has anyone got any ideas how to fix it, without getting a new window? I was thinking along the lines of bluetac or putty or something.
