ive just rang up garage for price on 17" rs4 and the clowns told me they defiently wont go on. i this the case ???

They will go on, as long as they are PCD 100 and a 5 stud pattern as long as the offset and width are not too extreme. VW will tell you that you can't get anymore than 16''s on the 9n but you can get 18''s

dont the 'official' audi RS4s have a pcd of 5*112 for those style of wheels? It is on the audi A4's anyway. (~year 2001 models)

VW sell 17" exors actually in their acessories brochure, and therefore the maximum they approve...
