B&M Short Shift Installation?

I noticed on here a while back you guys had a group buy on some short shifters from B&M. I wondered if anyone had an installation guide different to that which is supplied with the kit? Or just any advice on how to install it. Its actually for my Lupo GTi, but should be fairly similar i guess.
