just realised i worded that wrong. I'm wanting to replace the speakers that are already in the door and on the front panel and i was meaning to ask what are the sizes of those speakers?
thanks

i think they are 16.5cm, not too sure.
The original speakers are pretty decent. if you want to get the best out of them i recommend a decent head unit. but hey ho its your choice. Changing the front door speakers doesnt make that much difference though unless you have the 6x9's in the back to go with them.

thanks for that i thought that was the size.
Its the small front panel ones that im not sure.
I was gonna buy new speakers for the door and the front then get the 6x9s then maybe a sub and an amp when i get more money.

lies and slander!!!
Actually if you get a decent head unit and a decent set of 6x9's you will find there really isnt a need for a sub in a polo. Well in a 6N atleast. In my car the shape of the boot creates all the boom you need form the 6x9's. The coustics in the 6N are the b*******s. Amp em up and ti would be awesome. I dont have an amp, i have a set of infinity 6x9's and a sony headunit and it thumps. Though sony headunits are pants tbh, theyre still powerful though. My old JVC didnt have half the umph.
Chris,
cheers
