I assume that you didn't replace the discs at the same time and that the squeak is coming from you front wheels?
This being the case I think that you will find that the existing discs have a 'lip' where the previous pads were not sitting on bright metal. (A groove may have been visible on the old pads - running on the circumference) This 'lip' may not be allowing your new pads to sit square against the discs when braking is applied. This may be causing the squeel you describe. If that is the case then the only real solution here is buy new discs and pads.

When i replaced the brake pads with new ones.. they looked pretty dam clean??? emm.. i think it may have something to do with the brake fluid? but im not sure at all? it started in the summer... so i reckon it had something to do with the heat possiibly drying dout the lines? but im not sure?
