mine are wound to the bottom on jamex coilovers, (80mm, roughly)
i took the helper spring out of the front ones a couple of weeks ago so i could go lower! i feel like a nodding dog! like henry01 said, random bumps in the road are a problem! normal spped humps are fine, but the separated square ones (which my part of south london are flooded with! :x ) are the enemy! i have to go over a wheel on each square hump, or goodbye sump! heres some pics, excuse the dirt!

LOL

thats the way forward that.

i though about a thin sheet of metal welded under mine so i could go low and still use the tracks i do now, i've already managed to rip my exhaust off, and the one i have now doesn't sound healthy lol.

80 probably best for going over slowly (1-3 mph), 60 for going over reasonably slowly (5mph)
