Blue Polo 9n2,Votex Kit,17" wheels, Aberdeen

Was sat on Union Street when a pretty class light blue Polo 9n2 pulls up in the other lane beside me. Had what looked like 17" Exor wheels and a full Votex bodykit.
Definatly wasnt the same car I spotted a week ago (and posted on here) as that was a 9n.
