Brake Disc and Clutch for Polo Gti (6N2)?

Does anyone have uprated brake discs and clutch on their GTi? I want to know what the sizes of thestandard discs and clutch are, since I can't find any products in the web. Does anyone give me some infomation? Are they the same as other line of VW? Thanks!

i found out that the RALLY group n has a rally clutch from sachs...
if it helps....
