G4o suspension

Can someone tell me how much better the G400 suspension is than the Gt. And if i get some G40 suspension and put 40m lowering springs on, how will this compare to a set a spax shocks.
G40 suspension is about 20mm lower than normal and the shockers are uprated.
The only other diference is the inner TCA bushes are metal rosejointed instead of rubber. Both the GT and G40 have a rear ARB built into the rear axle.
Your best off buying a proper 40mm suspension kit (Shocks & Springs) this would be better than standard G40.
