New brake discs

As some members already know I've just done the 280mm brake conversion. I've done about 170 miles with the new discs now. I replaced the discs and not the pads, reason being is they were half worn and they are fast road pagid, which I think are awesome pads by the way. I've noticed the drivers side disc is completely shiny now which is normal, but the passenger side is 85% shiny, on the disc there's about 1/4" which is not, it's still grey and diamondy looking, it's worn a little bit but nothing compared to the rest and the drivers side. It's starting to bother me now because I want 100% braking, not 85%. Anybody know what it can be? Cheers

could be a few things. I have a similar problem, so far i have had tracking and camber done, rebuilt callipers, brake fluid replaced, new discs and pads and no luck. Next stop is suspension bushes.

Is the car pulling to one side when you brake?

think you should have put new pads at the same time as the discs.... I'm no expert though
