Running in new rear Discs/Pads

How long does it take? That's two weeks since my service and they are still the worst brakes I've used on any car I've ever driven :roll:

Supposedly it's a few hundred miles I think?

They should get better, my front ones were s**t at first, but they feel pretty good now.

I wouldn't expect to notice a massive difference from only the rears, based on the actual proportion of braking they do.

I've done the 280mm brake conversion about 300miles ago and I don't think there's much of an improvement :cry:

The brakes in my sisters Mk6 are amazing, and it only has 55BHP to stop!

I didn't put new pads on though. I kept my fast road pagid pads because they were half worn. Im using black diamond 12 grooved discs aswell

should of put new pads and discs on at the same time if you are changing the discs

Sorry to hear that, I'm surprised, on the other hand I did go black diamond instead of OEM. I'm happy with my upgrade, I would say at least 30% improvement :)
