hi need a bit of help

whilst driving today some daft bint in a beemer tourer pulled out on me at a roundabout !

to show her my displeasure i thought i would give her a blast of the horn to try and wake the silly cow up but when i tried nothing!!!

checked the fuse and its ok

when pressed i can hear what sounds like a solenoid clicking coming from the fuse box area

can any of you electrical gurus help me?

cheers

hey, i had the same problem, its a clicking relay of some sort you hear when you press the horn right? well i fixed mine by replacing the actual horns! which cost about £54ish from dealers (dual horn)....that solved it, i replaced them about 3/4 months back and there still working (pretty loud!)...the cause of the problem, is (well ive been told, so i aint sure) that water gets into the horn pretty easily and therefore wrecks it up..

Check for power at the horn, if there is then take a trip down the scrappy.
