hey all just wondering how much you all payed for your Gti's?! and with what milage on the clock?! cheers

Travelled 95 miles to get mine. 29k, silver with leather, bought in July 2006 for £5375. Had an eye out for 5 months but the real hunt took over 2 months

10 months ago i paid £5000 for my GTI it's an X reg, black, 5 door and came with 34k on the clock. Im the 3rd owner and it had its pedal box replaced and rims refurbed by one of the previous owners.

Had the car 1 year 7 months and bought it from VW for £7000 with 50 something thousand on the clock.

Took me 4 months to find one

I paid 9k from a dealer for a 18 month old X plate with 14k on the clock with one lady owner the car was like new. It was a good deal at the time, got 4k on a trade in 4 years later with 67k on the clock which I didn't think was too bad.

thats sweet, i have saved up some money at last!!! and now on the look for some gti's, i have found one silver one and will be phoning the garage tomorro! any tips on what to look out for when i go to test drive a future one?! what to look out for etc?!

sold mine 4 weeks ago for £4500, xreg, 54000 miles, bought it from vw dealer 3 and a half years ago for £8000

got mine in feb07 for £5000 w reg with 46k on the clock FVWSH, 1 lady owner,-part ex my impreza for it

mine was £4800 six months ago from a dealer. 60k

my black W reg with 49K was purchased from a garage in Reading (40+ miles from Swindon) for £4595. i saw the garage diary for the day and there were 7 other people scheduled to see it! unless he just wrote that in there to influence my decision

got mine in jan off auto trader 55k xreg silver 2 owners needed just a clean knocked him down to £3050 wanted £3500 and i love it

I bought mine in September 2003 for the princely sum of £7000 from the dealership with the usual twelve-month warranty. It had 51k on the clock!

I spent a good 5 months looking for mine, couldnt find a black 3 door in good nick anywhere and ended up paying £5990 in october last year for it!!! , this came with m.o.t, service & warranty but still well overpriced!

Paid £7800 nearly 3 years ago. with 28k miles. Main dealer with years Warranty.
