Sounds like an ignition coil gone. Take it to the dealers ASAP.
(should be okay to drive it there, will just drink loads of fuel)

Yep, it'll be replaced FOC under warranty.
Suspension kits won't be availiable till early 04 so I wouldn't bother

Top marks to you Nelson, was indeed the ignition coil!! Replaced under warrenty. Took the care at 8 this morning, was told they were fully booked and mine probably wouldn't be seen till saturday, wasn't too bothered and then at 10 got a phone call saying my car was ready to pick up!!

thought that was pretty good service!

Glad that's sorted then! Who was the dealer, Whitehouse?

Beadles in Dartford, only knew of the Whitehouse in Blackfen and that Renault now! Previously hadn't been pleased with Beadles but they have redeemed themselves!

On another note, is someone able to find out 'on the web' if the ignition coils are the same for AWY and AZQ engine codes?
Cheers

Came across this "on the web".... any help?
It would appear that the part number of mine doesn't differ too much from SiDaBa's
