Apparantly they always fall off in these and in Beetles too. Mines dissapeared and VW want like £10 for the whole handbrake surround...All I want is the end bit which is worth like 10p! Yep. Mine broke off and i got VW to replace it FOC.

Yeah 50 odd quid for the one with the leather bit around it or something the parts guy said. On the ones with out leather handbrake they seem to stay on. Thats what you get for getting a "better model"
