hi guys, please help this damsel in distress! went to drive home tonite & car wouldn't start

. one of my technicians came out & jump started it. now i have the epc light on

(not first time been jump started, but first time light on), & all my brake lights are staying on!

does anyone have any ideas, before i worry to much over the extent of damage of costings????

new brake light switch needed. my epc came on when my brake lights wasnt working @ all. so its going to be the same reason.

just an update. new brake light switch fitted. all ok. looks like vw have modified the part, due to common failure !
