Yeah its like a induction kit with a fan almost basically forcing the air into the engine ...
I have seen them on ebay .. tap it into google and have a look ..

I've seen these, its like an electronic turbo that runs somewhat low 'boost'. 4psi rings a bell but I could be wrong. On a 1.0L I probably wouldn't bother because its a lot of work for very little difference. I've heard of it making the revs feel smoother on bigger engines say at least a 1.4. Do some research into what other people have got from these.

ah, all makes sense now, i heard about these a couple of years ago!
not really sure how good they'd be! in principle, getting more air into the engine is what is required, this is meant to do it! but to what extent, who knows!
i've never actually seen one fitted to a car before so would be interested to see.
gains from a 1litre would be very limited i believe, but who knows! its never been tried!

"MEGA-HYPER ELECTRO-TURBO SYSTEM®" Why oh why did they name it that???

as well as that, that Ebay page looks like it was made by a 3 year old. Also, pisses me off how excited they sound...
What a great pisstake that...

Ok so
here's a real one for sale. This one is somewhat better advertised. They're calling it a supercharger here, well it is powered from the engine through the battery as opposed to the exhaust gasses.

Hmmmm it looks so dubious .. I rekon it is worth a try though .. Would love to find out if it actually works and iff it does how well it would work on a 1.0L ..
I dont know ..
Someone buy one .. lol ... Ima bit skint at the mo ... Argh ...

I think there are proper electric supercharger kits around, but these aren't them.
To be honest the power you can get off a 12V car battery is nowhere near enough to force the induction to a few PSI. IMO.

Yeah you can get a proper electronic supercharger, this however requires around 6 batteries to run correclty.

I love these electronic supercharger things. I can't even fathom how much money the companies who sell these to people who believe that they actually work.
To be honest, if I ate a hot curry, waited a while and farted directly into the air intake (methane powah, y0!111!!! itz da new NAWWZZZZ!!!11!!), I would get more gains over one of those marked-up bilge pumps (that's essentially what they are, with a cheap generic air filter on the end). Or if you stuck a desk fan onto your front bumper, it would also work out cheaper
Sorry, I'm getting very silly here. I'd best stop while I'm ahead.
I wonder what a proper electric supercharger would sound like in the link above? My guess would sound pretty evil
Yeah, just to echo the above comments, don't get one
