I am gonna get an oil/filter change done at nat tyres (that's all I'll trust em with ). They offer a engine flush for around £8 but I've heard that with old engines this can do more harm than good.

Does anyone know if this is true??

Also do nat tyres / kwik fit drain the oil or just suck it out using some sort of industrial dyson.

cheers

ive used the stp stuff on a few dubs before and it seemed to make the oil flow out like water so that can only be good never done any harm to the cars ive used it on
